HelpLine

The HelpLine is typically available from 4 pm to 8 am weekdays and 24 hours a day on weekends. The HelpLine provides information, referral, support, and crisis assessment and intervention for A&M students and those concerned about A&M students.

The HelpLine is staffed primarily by trained peers and graduate assistants, trained and supervised by the professional staff of the Student Counseling Service. The HelpLine has extensive information about a wide variety of topics and can provide you with referral information about services and programs at the Student Counseling Service, other Texas A&M Departments, and community agencies.

The V/TTY designation indicates that the HelpLine can be called with both an ordinary telephone or a teletype device (TTY), so it is accessible to people with speech and hearing disabilities.

Upcoming Events
HelpLine closed for semester break.
The HelpLine is closed for semester break May 8 through May 25, 2008. The HelpLine will open at 4 PM on Monday, May 26 and resume its normal hours of operation.
