Emergency Contact Information

In case of an emergency during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm), come to our offices in Cain Hall or contact the Student Counseling Center directly at 979-845-4427.

In case of an emergency outside of normal business hours (weekdays after 5:00 pm and before 8:00 am, weekends, holidays), use the Student Counseling HelpLine, 979-845-2700 (V/TTY).

Important! Please do not use the Internet (email or the Web) to send confidential information or to contact us regarding an emergency requiring immediate action. We cannot ensure that email will be read or answered as quickly as a phone call. In case of an emergency, use the telephone and call either 979-845-4427 or 979-845-2700 (V/TTY).

HelpLine closed for semester break.
The HelpLine is closed for semester break May 8 through May 25, 2008. The HelpLine will open at 4 PM on Monday, May 26 and resume its normal hours of operation.
